Cancel a DSAR job
Cancel a queued job before worker pickup. Only REQUESTED jobs cancel cleanly — past pickup the worker owns the resource (409). Cancellation destroys no tenant data: the job transitions to FAILED with a manual-cancel failure payload and the full record (timeline included) stays in the audit trail. Deliberately scoped audit:read, NOT the wildcard — the * reserve is for genuinely destructive operations like POST /v1/compliance/erase.
